Throughout our business, transformation is continually taking place whether it be to our external services or internal processes. It is vital to Go Green for its employees to have a say in these changes especially when we can collaboratively share ideas and make positive improvements. Earlier this year we created our Climate Change Committee to enable its seven members to discuss areas for improvement across our Head office and encourage a more sustainable outlook amongst fellow staff members.

Last week the committee gathered for their quarterly meeting and reviewed previous action points, as well as some exciting changes they hope to make across the business over the next few months. Concepts include seasonal campaigns, ideas to encourage further segregation on site and highlighting options for some outdoor landscaping to encourage biodiversity in the surrounding area.
