National Apprenticeship Week

25th February 2024

February 10th – 16th marked the celebration of National Apprenticeship Week 2025, a time dedicated to recognising the invaluable contributions of apprentices. Each day of the week was themed to highlight different aspects of the apprenticeship experience: 

  • Monday – Skills for Life 
  • Tuesday – Employer Tuesday 
  • Wednesday – Apprentice Wednesday 
  • Thursday – T Level Thursday 
  • Friday – Celebration Friday 

In honour of the week, we sent out questionnaires to our apprentices to find out about their journey so far, here’s some of their feedback:

What Support Has Been Given: 

“Always given time to complete course work.”  

“Good communication between management and [my] college.” 

“My managers are always very supportive whenever I need a helping hand.” 

Biggest Successes: 

“Before I started my apprenticeship, I wasn’t able to call up a number and speak on the phone, but now I do it every day with no problem.” 

“Managing increased workload and adapting to new systems.” 

“Gaining confidence in my role and supporting training new starters in my team.”
