Our GROWW Sustainability Framework was built to ensure, as a business, we continue to take a balanced approach towards our sustainability values. Forming the triple bottom line; environmental, social and economic objectives are at the core of our strategy, recognising the interconnected nature of sustainable development. We felt that we needed to build on this recognised trio to focus emphasis on other critical areas, with this in mind, we laid down the foundations of our framework based on five pillars. The framework launched in 2021, and is fundamental to demonstrate our commitment to challenging ourselves with ambitious sustainability targets.
