Roger Wells
Managing Director
Roger has been with Go Green from the beginning, starting as General Manager in 2001. He developed the framework and structure of the business, where those fundamental principles remain. He moved to Operations & Compliance Director in 2004, where he ensured Go Green had a strong compliance focus. As of September 2022, Roger moved into the Managing Director role.

Phoebe Young
Head of Human Resources
Phoebe joined Go Green back in October 2015 as a Customer Service Advisor and eventually moved into an Account Management role in January 2017. With a clear perspective of her career goals, in 2018 Phoebe applied for an Administrator role within HR and, down the line, was appointed as HR Manager in January 2022. In March of 2023, Phoebe was promoted to Head of Human Resources.
Will Ives
Operations Director
In June 2017, Will joined as the Sales Assistant Manager. After one year, he progressed to Sales Manager and towards the end of 2019, became Operations Manager to head up the Operational and Account Management Divisions. In September 2022, Will was successfully appointed to Operations Director which included taking on an additional team, our procurement department.
Finance Director
Richard joined Go Green in 2023 as our Finance Director after spending the previous eight years working within the Farming Industry. He is an FCCA qualified Accountant with an Executive MBA and has experience as both a Non-Executive Director and a Governor. We are incredibly excited to see Richard’s vision for the Accounts department progress and evolve over the coming years.
Sabrina Barnett
Head of Sustainability
Sabrina joined in 2020 with a passion for creating change, and was appointed as Sustainability Manager in 2021, building the GROWW Framework, which launched the same year. Sabrina has developed the department drastically, embedding sustainability through many areas of the business and was successfully appointed to Head of Sustainability in August 2023.
Paul Allen
Sales Director
Paul joined Go Green in 2013 as a Sales Executive, and quickly progressed into a management position in 2014. As the Sales team grew and diversified, he was promoted to Sales Manager in 2016, and then into a senior direct selling role as of 2019. In 2022, Paul took over the Head of Sales role, which oversees Go Green’s BDM team and was then promoted to Sales Director in January 2023.
Sophie Scott
Head of Operations & Compliance
Sophie joined Go Green in May 2013 as a Customer Service Advisor, and quickly moved into an Account Manager role later on. In 2017, Sophie became Customer Service Manager and then was successfully appointed to Head of Operations & Compliance in 2023. Sophie’s role now include managing our Customer Service, WasteOnline, Dispute Resolution and Compliance teams.
Elliott Woodcock
Head of Procurement
In June 2018, Elliott joined Go Green’s New Sales team, however he found that he had a flare for procurement and in 2019, he moved to work within the Supply Chain department. In May 2020, he was appointed as our Procurement Manager, and since, was promoted to Head of Procurement in March 2023 where he supports Supply Chain relationships and coordinates business procurement.
Terri-Anne Carrigan
Head of Account Management
In July 2012, Terri-Anne joined Go Green’s Operational department but quickly moved to a Key Account Manager role later that year. In 2018, she was appointed to Framework Manager and then to Account Management Supervisor in 2019. With further experience gained, she moved to Divisional Manager in 2021 and was promoted to Head of Account management in March 2023.
Andrew Harrison
Head of Supply Chain
Andrew joined Go Green in 2013 as Senior Operations Co-ordinator and moved on to Customer Services Manager in 2015. His role changed to Site Auditor in 2018, his flare to build and maintain relationships with the supply chain was clear to see. Through hard work, Andrew moved to Supply Chain Manager in 2020 and was successfully appointed to Head of Supply Chain in January 2024.
