Staff Wellbeing
We have implemented a range of measures throughout our business to ensure our team are continuously well looked after. This includes a team of Mental Health First Aiders, company paid wellbeing schemes and the introduction of employee engagement surveys.

With annual Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion training for our team, a committee of FIR Ambassadors, and ongoing employee surveys, Go Green are committed to ensuring that everyone who works for us, and alongside us, are treated with respect and valued for who they are.

With the ambition to enhance, and drive forward, our social value priorities even further; our social enterprise, aptly named GROWW Green CIC, will allow us to place an increased dedication into creating a lasting and positive impact in local communities across the UK.
